蛋白质氧化性损伤与疾病研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 由活性氧引起的蛋白质氧化性损伤与衰老、肿瘤、糖尿病及许多神经退行性疾病的发生相关。蛋白质羰基是目前应用最多的蛋白质氧化性损伤的标志物 ,体内羰基水平的改变可以反映蛋白质氧化损伤的程度。
