摘要
采用中性盐雾腐蚀试验法研究厚度对高强度铸造铝合金ZL205微弧氧化陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,微弧氧化处理能显著提高ZL205的耐腐蚀性能,随着厚度的增加,陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀性能提高,但在厚度达到一定值后,陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀性能提高不明显。SEM和XRD结果表明,随着厚度的增加,微弧氧化膜的表面形貌和相结构都发生变化,从而导致微弧氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能发生变化。
The influence of thickness of micro-arc oxidation( MAO) coatings on the corrosion resistance of high strength casting aluminum alloy ZL205 was investigated by using salt spray test. It was found that MAO coatings improved the corrosion resistance of ZL205 alloy obviously. The corrosion resistance of MAO coatings increased with the increase of coating thickness.
