摘要
对航空高强钢低氢脆电镀锌-镍合金工艺进行研究。分析在酸性氯化物体系下锌-镍比、电流密度、温度及添加剂等工艺参数对镀层性能的影响,得到镍含量达到13%~15%,耐蚀性能、低氢脆性能满足要求的合金镀层。
The technology of low hydrogen embrittlement Zn-Ni alloy electroplating on aeronautic high strength steel was studied.The technical parameters(such as ratio of Ni/Zn,the current density,temperature and additives) which affect plating performances in acidic chloride eletrolyte was analyzed,obtaining 13wt%~15 wt% Ni alloy plate with well corrosion resistance and low hydrogen embrittlement.
