摘要
通过热空气老化试验研究了金属氧化物对提高甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶(PVMQ)、三氟丙基甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(FVMQ)耐热性的作用;通过压缩耐寒系数试验和动态机械热分析(DMTA)研究了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶(PVMQ)和三氟丙基甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(FVMQ)的低温性能。试验结果表明:Fe2O3,Fe2O3/SnO2,SnO2,CeO2等金属氧化物可以显著提高硅橡胶的耐热性。光电子能谱(XPS)分析结果说明SnO2在热空气老化过程中从Sn+4被还原到Sn0,发生了多个电子转移的氧化还原反应,从而阻止了硅橡胶的热氧化自由基链增长,提高了硅橡胶的耐热空气老化性能;DMTA分析结果表明苯基硅橡胶和共聚氟硅橡胶具有非常优异的低温性能。
