摘要
宣钢8号高炉煤气洗涤水系统的水泵采用变频技术,达到了明显的节能目的;将一文泵站水泵吸水管道与二文洗涤塔排水管道直接连通,充分利用煤气压力及水位差的能量,减少了水泵做功,降低了电能消耗。改造后系统设备运行稳定,提高了系统运行的安全性。
The frequency conversion technique is adopted for pump of gas washing water system of No.8 B.F.and energy distinguished saved,the pump feeding pipeline of Yiwen pump station is connected straightly to drainage pipeline of Erwen washing tower to fully utilize the energy from gas pressure and water potential to save electricity.After reformation system run smoothly and safety improved.
