摘要
目的观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法将68例前部缺血性视神经病变患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例给予针刺配合穴位注射治疗,对照组30例应用乙酰唑胺片、复方丹参注射液、地塞米松注射液治疗。2组均10日为1个疗程,疗程间休息3日,2个疗程观察疗效。结果治疗组显效率50.00%,对照组显效率26.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后视力及视野缺损比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合穴位注射治疗前部缺血性视神经病变有明显疗效。
