白及胶对体外培养兔胆管成纤维细胞形态及活性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察白及胶对成纤维细胞形态及活性的影响。方法分离培养日本大耳白兔胆管成纤维细胞,加入不同浓度白及胶进行共同培养,在光镜下观察日本大耳白兔胆管成纤维细胞形态的改变,用MTT法比色法检测日本大耳白兔胆管成纤维细胞活性。结果白及胶组成纤维细胞胞体较小,胞突少,多呈圆形,胞核较小。白及胶组0.1、1.0、10.0mg/mL白及胶在作用72h时成纤维细胞活性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论白及胶对日本大耳白兔胆管成纤维细胞形态的影响及白及胶对日本大耳白兔胆管成纤维细胞活性的抑制作用,可能是白及胶防治日本大耳白兔腹腔粘连的机制之一。 Objective To observe the influence of Hyacinth bletilla decocted water on fibroblastic morphology and activity.
