介绍了企业现职工教育存在的一些问题,分析了其形成的原因和对企业深化改革的影响,提出了发展职工教育,思想要转变观念、教学形式要改变模式的解决办法。
The problems existing in staff education are discussed,and its reasons and effect on the deepening reform of an enterprise are analyzed,and the idea of developing staff education are proposed,firstly,the concept should is changed,and secondly,the mode of teaching is reformed.
