摘要
首先介绍定量泵的机械构造,并讨论了定量泵的控制机制。利用机械传动装置,把步进电机的圆周运动转换为定量泵柱塞的直线运动,实现了定量泵柱塞的往复运动,从而达到使定量泵吸入和发送溶液的目的。在此基础上全面介绍了定量泵控制系统的软、硬件设计。
This paper first introduces the mechanism and discusses the control theory of ration pump.Using the equipment of mechanical transmission it converts circle movement of step motor to straight movement of ration pump s piston,realizes reciprocating of ration pump s piston,thereby obtains the aim that ration pump can imbibes and discharges liquid.Based this theory,this paper roundly introduces the hardware and software s design of control system for ration pump.
