中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Chronic Glomerular Nephritis Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法:将63例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组27例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组的66.67%;且在改善血尿生化指标方面,两组比较亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗本病疗效明显。
