The Application of PLC in Safety Control of Mine Hoist

本文介绍PLC在矿井提升机安全控制中的应用,对PLC系统进行了软硬件配置,并设计PLC程序以实现部分保护功能以及提升机的双线制保护回路,包括继电器安全回路和PLC安全回路。现场调试和运行结果表明,本项目安全保护策略保护完善、可靠性高,完全可以满足现场生产的要求。

This paper presents the application of PLC in safety control of mine hoist.Software configuration and hardware configuration of the PLC system are discussed, and the PLC program is given to achieve some protection functions. The highlight is illustrating the double-line protection circuit of hoist which include the safety circuit of relay and the safety circuit of PLC.
