黛力新联合阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical Study of Deanxit Combined with Alprozolam for the Treatment of Functional Indigestion

目的:观察黛力新联合阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:将278例功能性消化不良患者随机分成A、B、C三组,A组为对照组,予以多潘立酮10mg每日三次,空腹口服,B组在A组的基础上加用黛力新50mg早、中午各一次口服,C组在B组基础上针对有睡眠障碍,严重不安患者加用阿普唑仑0.2～0.4mg,睡前口服,三组疗程均为6周。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:黛力新联合阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with alprazolam for the treatment of functional indigestion(FD).Methods:Two hundred and seventy-eight cases of FD were divided into three groups,Group A was the control group in which the patients were given motilium,10mg,Tid.Patients in group B were given Deanxit(50 mg,bid)and motilium(10 mg,Tid).Patients in group C were added with alprazolam(0.2～0.4 mg)before they went sleeping for they were sleepless or serious anxious.All the patients were tre...
