产前超声诊断胎儿心脏肿瘤

Prenatal Diagnosis of Cardiac Tumor by Fetal Echocardiography

目的:探讨超声心动图检查胎儿心脏肿瘤的应用价值。方法:通过超声心动图多切面探查胎儿心脏肿瘤及观察相应的心脏形态、结构及血流动力学变化。结果:发现10例胎儿心脏肿瘤位于室壁的不同部位,直径约5～30mm,呈实性结节状增强回声团,团块形态较规则,边界清晰,内部回声均匀,附着于室间隔或心室壁上,基底部宽,无蒂,肿瘤形态不随心脏收缩舒张发生改变。胎儿心脏肿瘤未见影响房室瓣开闭,未造成心室流入道或流出道血流受阻。结论:超声心动图检查胎儿心脏肿瘤是可行的,常规心脏四腔心切面均能发现,超声检查具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:Echocardiographic diagnostic value of fetal cardiac tumors were evaluated.Methods:Multiple views of fetal cardiac tumors were examined and assessed homadynamic change by echocardiography.Results:10 Cardiac tumors were found.They were soft,echogenic mass without stalk firmly attached to myocardial wall,diameters were from 5mm to 30mm.4 were located in left ventricle,1 was in right ventricle,2 were in left and right ventricles and 3 were in ventricular septum.Color and pulsed-wave Doppler imaging di...
