摘要
运用AltairHyperWorks强大的结构优化功能对某型飞机的一个重要零部件进行有限元优化设计,软件采用AltairHyperWorks和CATIA,优化方法采用拓扑优化。通过对优化结果分析、简化和再设计,结果表明,去掉该零部件的局部材料,该零部件的刚度增加,重量减轻,应力基本没有变化。
This article describes how to conduct optimization design on finite element of aircraft components by powerful structure optimization function of software Altair HyperWorks and software CATIA. It also presents the optimization method of topological optimization to optimize the result analysis, simplification and redesign, from which the result shows the stress basically has no change after eliminating partial material of the component while its rigidity is increased.
