城乡差别是我国长期以来形成和积累下来的主要社会矛盾与社会问题的根本性原因,“三农”问题已经成为中国“现代化之殇”,严重制约中国社会的进一步发展。在理论和实证上探索中国二元社会的形成及其城乡差异之结果与现代化道路选择的关联性,仍然是一个尚待深入研究的领域。

Urban and rural differences are the fundamental causes of major social contradictions and the social problems."Three problems for the farmers" already lag Chinese "modernization" which severely restricts the society from further development.Exploring the formation of binary China and the correlation rural and urban differences and the choice of modernization s approach in theory and practice still is a research field that needs to be further studied.
