社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要保证。当代中国出现的影响社会和谐的各种矛盾和问题,恰恰是市场化改革不够的结果,主要表现在行政性资源配置中权力市场化和要素市场滞后两个方面。构建和谐社会遇到的困难,归根到底只有通过深化改革来解决,关键还要靠发展。当前要引导全社会全面、理性地看待改革问题,重塑和弘扬改革文化,努力形成有利于深化改革、推进社会和谐的价值观念、舆论力量和环境氛围。
