社会主义和谐社会是利益共享的社会,中国共产党人历来重视利益共享的社会发展理念。协调社会利益关系是构建利益共享的社会主义和谐社会的关键。利益共享是全体人民共享社会发展的利益,目前,五大因素将会限制利益共享的实现。坚持走社会主义道路是实现共享利益的基础,坚持中国共产党的领导是实现利益共享的有力保障,同时还应充分切实地发挥政府这只“有形的手”在利益分配中的调节作用。此外,协调社会利益关系应该遵循十大思路——利益增长的思路、利益兼顾的思路、利益共享的思路、利益综合的思路、利益保障的思路、利益补偿的思路、利益制衡的思路、保证根本利益的思路、社会公平正义的思路、及时调整的思路。

Socialism harmonious society is a society of interest sharing, which is usually thought much of by the Chinese Communist.
