摘要
盐城朱家墩气藏产出的天然气为湿气,含少量CO2,地层水矿化度8.6-24 g/L,井底温度132-136℃。本文报道为该气藏采气井泡沫排水采气筛选起泡剂的结果。初选的7种起泡剂大都为中性;0.3%起泡剂使地层水20℃表面张力降低27.71%-55.56%,其中Ych的降低率最大;7种起泡剂溶于地层水时生成的沉淀物易分散,其量≤47.7 mg/L。用Ross-Miles泡沫仪测定7种起泡剂在模拟地层水中的0.1%、0.3%、0.5%溶液90℃时的起泡性能参数,Ych和UT-11B的初始泡沫高度值大,3分钟和5分钟泡沫高度值增大,说明起泡能力强且泡沫稳定性很好,Ych的起泡性能又优于UT-11B。在泡沫排水采气动态模拟装置上,在90℃下由200 mL 0.3%起泡剂的地层水溶液形成的泡沫5分钟携出的液量为155-176 mL,Ych的携液量最大,排出的泡沫含水量为11.6 mL/L。Ych具有缓蚀性,0.3%Ych使90℃1、3 MPa下N80钢试片在模拟地层水中的腐蚀速率(0.8988 mm/a)降低79%。选定的起泡剂为Ych。图2表7参7。
