摘要
涠12-1海上油田注入富含SO42-的海水,地层水含大量二价金属离子,一些油井和地面管线结垢严重。垢样主要成分为硫酸钡、锶,含少量硫酸钙、碳酸亚铁。为此研制了钡锶垢防垢剂NYJH。在等量海水、地层水混合水中,加量30 mg/L的NYJH在90℃下防钡垢率为95.0%,防锶垢率为94.6%,用富含Ba2+、Sr2+的混配水饱和的岩心的渗透率保留率,注入2 PV加和不加NYJH的海水并在70-100℃放置后分别为93.5%-96.7%和85.6%-93.2%,注入5 PV加和不加NYJH的海水并在90℃放置后分别为>90%和80.6%,四轮次交替注入总量140 PV的加和不加NYJH的海水和混配水并在90℃放置后分别为88.7%和67.9%。在涠2-1油田注水站,以40 mg/L的加量在注入水中连续投加NYJH共20天,在2口油井监测,采出水中Ba2+Sr2+浓度迅速大幅上升并维持,停加8天后缓慢下降,表明NYJH对该油田井下钡锶垢的抑制能力很强。图4表3参6。
