摘要
从堵塞物成分分析、堵塞物成因及堵塞机理、化学解堵技术3个方面综述了近10年来注聚井堵塞及解堵技术的研究与应用情况。现场取样分析结果表明,注聚井堵塞物均是无机物和有机物组成的混合物。堵塞物成因及堵塞机理归纳如下:聚合物吸附滞留;聚合物相对分子质量与储层孔喉尺寸不配伍;地层微粒运移;细菌及其代谢产物;无机物引发的聚合物胶团;聚合物溶液配制及稀释操作不当。关于化学解堵技术,介绍了用于注聚井特别是注聚合物凝胶井解堵的二氧化氯型、非二氧化氯强氧化剂型及不含强氧化剂的3大类7种解堵剂及5个矿场解堵实例。参33。
