摘要
在酸性条件下,硫酸铈与连二亚硫酸钠能产生较弱的化学发光,雷贝啦唑、奥美啦唑能大大增强该化学发光强度,并且在一定浓度范围内,增加的发光强度与两种啦唑的浓度呈良好的线性关系.由此,建立了测定两种啦唑含量的流动注射化学发光新方法,该方法的检出限分别为8.2×10-8g/mL,2.7×10-7g/mL(IUPAC),雷贝啦唑的线性范围为1.0×10-7~8.0×10-6g/mL、奥美啦唑为3.0×10-7~3.0×10-5g/mL,对浓度均为3.0×10-6g/mL的雷贝啦唑、奥美啦唑分别进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差分别为4.6%,3.1%.用该方法测定了肠溶片中雷贝啦唑、胶囊中奥美啦唑的含量,结果良好.
A flow injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL) system for determination of rabeprazole and omeprazole was presented.It was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of sodium hydrosulfite with Ce(IV) in the nitric acid solution.The emission intensity can be enhanced greatly by rabeprazole and omeprazole.The proposed method was very sensitive,simple and fast.The CL intensities were linear with their contents in 1.0×10^(-7)-8.0×10^(-6) g/mL and 3.0×10^(-7)-3.0×10^(-5) g/mL for rabeprazole and omeprazole respectively...
