摘要
分析了国家电网公司所属直流输电系统2003年以来的运行可靠性指标,包括相关直流输电系统的能量可用率、能量利用率、强迫和计划停运次数、时间等,以及强迫停运的原因和处理情况,说明了国家电网公司直流输电系统在夏季高峰负荷期间持续满负荷运行的重要性,阐明了进一步提高直流输电系统运行可靠性的意义。
The operation reliability indices of HVDC projects which belong to State Grid Corp. of China (SGCC) since 2003 are analyzed. The data of energy availability percent, energy utilization percent, forced and scheduled outage frequency and duration of related HVDC projects, and the reasons causing the forced outages and their processing are given.
