摘要
确保重点城市电网安全,防止出现大面积停电已经成为电力部门乃至全社会关注的焦点。针对近年来国内外发生的一系列大停电事故,文章首先分析了具有典型意义的莫斯科大停电;其次介绍了上海电网及其安全现状;再次,在深入分析上海电网安全薄弱环节的基础上,以全新的视野阐述了上海电网安全工作的重点;最后,提出了下一步做好电网安全工作应采取的一些有现实意义的措施和建议。
