摘要
提出了基于改进的二进制粒子群优化算法、以均衡负荷为目标的配电网重构方法。将配电网重构问题表示为以负荷均衡指标最小为目标函数的非线性优化问题,针对配电网开环运行的结构特点对配电网拓扑结构模型进行了简化,并对二进制粒子群优化算法加以改进,以保证配电网的辐射状结构,同时大大减少迭代次数。算例分析结果表明,该方法能够有效解决负荷均衡化的配电网重构问题,计算速度快,收敛性好。
