摘要 及时准确地掌握电压态势对电力系统的安全运行具有至关重要的作用。文章提出了电压态势预警等级的多级模糊综合评判方法,在阐述了5条电压态势评估指标选取原则的基础上,根据系统故障、非故障和环境因素定义了三组特征指标子集,分别构建了各自的第二级模糊综合评判模型,根据第二级评判模型构建的第一级模糊综合评判模型可以反映所有特征指标对电压态势预警等级的贡献。最后结合实际系统说明了电压态势预警等级的具体形成步骤,显示了所提方法简便、实用、易于操作的优点,能够合理反映系统的电压态势。 It is very important to know well the voltage state and tendency(VST) in time and accurately for the secure operation of power system.The authors propose a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive assessment method for forewarning grade of VST.On the basis of expounding five selecting principles of VST assessment indices three characteristic index subsets are defined according to faulty situation of system,healthy situation of system and environment factors,and their second-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment models...
