Electric Field and 254 nm Radiation of T2 Low Pressure Ar-Hg Discharge Positive Column

摘要 通过测量外径7 mm的T2低气压Ar-Hg放电灯的电场强度和254 nm辐射强度随放电管冷端温度和放电电流的变化,发现最佳冷端温度在45~50℃之间,且随着电流增加最佳冷端温度有所降低.在电流>125 mA,正柱输入功率>35 W.m-1时,正柱的254 nm辐射强度出现饱和现象.在大电流、高冷端温度条件下,T2灯的负阻特性没有粗管灯明显. The electric field intensity and 254 nm radiation of T2(outer diameter 7 mm) low pressure Ar-Hg discharge lamp are measured in different cold spot temperature and discharge current.It is found the optimum cold spot temperature is between 45-50 ℃,and this temperature is lower in higher current.A saturation phenomenon of 254 nm radiation appears in high power loaded operation,with current higher than 125 mA and input power of positive column higher than 35 W·m^(-1).Moreover,the negative V-I characteristic of ...
