上海“十一五”期间人口发展趋势与人口管理制度创新

通过回顾“十五”期间的上海人口发展情况,结合人口规律和“十一五”期间上海的经济发展目标可以知道:2010年,将上海人口总量控制在1900万左右,并且实现人口密度的合理分布十分必要。要实现这一目标,政府应建立统一的人口信息管理机构,以人为本,以居住为基础,提供畅通、安全、可靠的人口信息登录平台,实现人口管理制度上的创新。
