试析凉山彝族传统临终关怀行为实践

On the Liangshan Yi’s Traditional Practice of Hospice Care

彝族人临终关怀的实践来源于自身的文化土壤,同西方意义上的临终关怀有很大的区别。本文从彝族人的生死观、临终状况的界定、临终关怀的特点和临终病人的权利几个方面对彝族人传统临终关怀行为进行尝试性的分析,认为该文化事项根植于彝人的传统,它借助宗教仪式来实现对临终者及其家属的心理支持。这种传统临终关怀行为的形成是一个漫长的文化濡化和实践的过程。

Yi people practice the idea of Hospice Care in their own ways; it’s different from western sense of Hospice Care. This essay discusses Yi’ idea of Hospice Care from their definition of dying, the characteristics of Hospice Care and the rights of dying patients and then concludes that Yi’ idea is a cultural experience rooted deeply in their tradition, providing the psychological support for dying and their relatives with the help of religious ceremonies.
