通过对关于收入分配差距问题不同观点的分析,我们认为对"腐败"是要加强惩处,对"垄断"是要完善法律法规,加强管理,而社会主义市场机制本身也会扩大收入分配差距,指出并研究它,不是对改革开放市场取向的反对,而是为了我国改革开放更好的发展。我们要加强研究分析直接税在收入再分配中的作用,改进公共产品资金供给制度。

We should punish corrupt and regulate monopoly by analyze all kinds of viewpoint about gap of income and distribution. Socialist market economy also enlarges gap of income and distribution. Finding out and researching it isn’t opposing to the policies of reforms and opening to the outside world. In order to make our reforms and openings better, we should research the function of direct duty in the field of income and distribution, improve system of fund on public product.
