摘要
为了研究细菌对闪锌矿的浸出效果,从矿山分离到1株对Fe^(2+)和元素硫氧化活性高的浸矿细菌,并且进行了浸矿试验。在矿浆浓度15%、温度30℃、摇床冲次200 r/min、菌液接种量10%、pH值2.0的浸矿条件下,浸出33 d,矿石中锌的浸出率将近100%;同样条件下浸出铁闪锌矿精矿,浸矿时间33 d,矿石中锌的浸出率为37.9%。结果表明细菌可以促进铁闪锌锌矿石中金属锌的浸出。
To study the leaching effect of bacterial on sphalarite,a strain of leaching bacteria that has high activity on Fe^(2+) and element sulfur is isolated and used in leaching.At the conditions of a pulp density of 15%,table vibration fre- quency of 200r/min,temperature of 30℃,inoculation amount of 10% and pH value of 2.0,the zinc leaching rate can be nearly 100 % for 33 d leaching and for sphalafite concentrate at the same conditions,37.9% for 33d.It indicates that bac- teria can promote the leaching of metal ...
