摘要
介绍了pH值、培养时间和接种量对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长的影响。测定该菌对煤炭脱硫效果的结果表明,在9K培养基初始pH=2、接种量15%的情况下,氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长5 d后浓度达10~8个/mL,10 d后黄铁矿脱除率达到52.29%,全硫脱除率达到37.75%。
The paper describes the effect of pH value,culture time and inoculation amount on the growth of Thiobacil- lus Ferrooxidans.The measurement of the results of coal desulphurization by this bacterium shows that at an initial pH=2 and an inoculation amount of 15% in 9K culture medium,the concentration of Tbiobaeillus Ferrooxidans after 5d growth reached 108/mL,and 10 days later, the pyrite removal rate reached 52.29% and the total sulfur removal rate,37.75%.
