贯彻落实科学发展观,树立"绿色矿业"的发展理念,在坚持合理开发利用矿产资源的同时,注意废弃物的二次利用和减量化排放,强调节约土地,加强环境保护,是制定实施司家营铁矿建设及发展总体构想的基础,在整个矿山设计规划和方案选择过程中都始终灌输了这一思想。

Applying the scientific development views,and establishing the developing concept of Green Mining. While the mineral resources are rationally exploited,the waste also needs to be recycled.The general thoughts on the con- struction and development of Sijiaying Iron Mine should be based on the ideal of saving land and environmental protection. And this thoughts must be applied in whole mine design plan and the scheme selection process.
