交流接触器稳态热分析时边界条件的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 边界条件施加的准确与否对热分析结果起着至关重要的作用。通过对交流接触器处于热稳态时外壁的对流换热和辐射换热定量分析得出,对流和辐射这两种换热方式的散热量具有相同数量级,热分析时都不能忽略。针对有限元分析给出一种综合考虑了对流和辐射两种散热方式的边界条件确定方法。 Whether boundary conditions are applied exactly plays an important role for results of thermal analysis.After a quantitative comparison of heatflux between convection and radiation for AC contactor in thermal steady state,it was concluded that heat flux of convection and radiation are in the same quantitative level,and therefore they both can t be negligible in thermal analysis.In the end a method that couples the two types of thermal boundary conditions was introduced for FEM analysis.
