摘要
进行了提高中间继电器可靠性的试验。阐述了继电器产品技术指标及检测条件,对继电器试验及数据进行了分析,判断其试验失效类型,提出了提高继电器产品可靠性的解决方案并进行了实践。试验结果表明,改进触点材料是提高可靠性的关键。
The experiment for improving middle relay reliability was carried out. The technique index and inspection condition of relay product were expounded. The experiment and its data of relay were analyzed, then relay’s invalidation type was judged. The solution for improving reliability of relay product was presented and applied. The experiment result shows that improving contact material is the key to improving reliability.
