摘要 提出一种以STC单片机为控制核心的三相异步电动机软起动控制器,阐述了该控制器的工作原理、回路结构。在有效降低电动机起动电流的前提下,该控制器还具有软停止、节能运行以及实时监测和保护等多种可选功能,可实现多种负载类型下的平稳、可靠起动。 A soft starting controller of the asynchronous motor based upon STC microprocessor was proposed and the operational principle of the controller, functional block diagram was given. On the premise of effective reduction of starting current the controller has many optional functions, such as softstopping, energy saving operation, real time monitoring and safeguarding, to realize smooth and reliable start of different loads.
