勘探开发对环境保护的要求越来越严格,滩海等环境敏感区域更是如此。以提高钻井液抑制性为核心,研究出了正电聚醇和正电护壁剂2种产品,并形成了淡水和海水2套正电聚醇体系。该体系的主要处理剂均由天然矿物经化学改性而成,能够自动降解,具有低毒特性。评价了环保型正电聚醇钻井液主处理剂的作用及体系性能,介绍了其在张海4、庄海5及庄海2x1等不同类型的12口井的应用效果。室内试验和现场应用结果表明,该体系具有良好的润滑防塌、抑制、抗温、抗污染、油气层保护和环保性能;应用井井径扩大率小(小于6%),产油量高(平均达36t/d),电测1次成功;该体系有利于提高机械钻速,携岩能力强,摩阻系数小于0.08。指出,低毒正电聚醇体系能满足海洋井的环境保护需要,也可满足浅井和中深井井壁稳定、润滑和快速钻进的要求。
