摘要
介绍一种利用积分编码器来检测转子磁极位置,形成电子换相逻辑,由数字信号处理器DSP56F807计算处理,进行速度和电流的PI控制调节,通过CAN现场总线进行数据的发送和接收,形成分布式电机控制系统。文中详细描述了控制系统的硬件构成和软件实现流程。经过实验,系统结构合理,应用良好。
This paper presents a brushless DC motor(BLDCM) control system based on digital signal processor(DSP) DSP56F807 produced by Motorola with advanced motion interface is used.The position of rotor magnetic pole is inspected by quadrature decoder,so make electron exchange phase logic.The PI speed and current controller are used to the BLDCM.It forms distributing control system using the CAN field bus transfer and receive data.It describes in detail hardware structure and software flow of this control system,at ...
