摘要
针对高速磁悬浮轴承电机系统中需实时监控的问题,要求高速采集轴承位置数据。利用USB总线的高速可靠、即插即用的特点和STC系列单片机ISP/IAP设计方法,设计了基于STC89C52和PD IUSBD12的高速数据采集系统,并充分利用PC数据运算速度快的优点,通过采集的数据很好的监控了轴承的位置。
