摘要
介绍了屯1井三开安集海河组地层钻遇复杂情况的处理及钻井液工艺技术。安集海河组地层富含伊/蒙间层,岩性以灰绿色、棕红色泥岩为主,地层水化能力强,存在强水平挤压应力和高压地层流体,导致钻井过程中井壁失稳、缩径、垮塌、阻卡等严重复杂情况。采用钾钙基聚磺钻井液配合高分子聚合物抑制剂及护壁剂白沥青等,控制高温高压滤失量小于10mL,通过封堵抑制协同作用保持井眼稳定,明显减少了井下复杂情况。现场应用表明,钾钙基聚磺钻井液具有防塌性、强抑制性、抗温、抗污染能力,满足了安集海河组地层的钻井要求。
Drilling fluid technology of solving downhole problems in drilling the An-Ji-Hai-He formation is detailed in this paper.The An-Ji-Hai-He formation is rich in illite/montmorillonite mixed layers, which are greyishgreen, redbrown and very water-sensitive.
