aFGF对离体大鼠缺氧/再灌损伤心脏的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)对大鼠心脏缺氧/再灌损伤的保护作用及作用机制。方法:在Langendorff装置上建立心脏缺氧/再灌模型,用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录经aFGF预处理的大鼠心脏缺氧/再灌前后左室发展压(LVDP)、左室内压上升/下降的最大、最小速率((dp/dt)m ax、(dp/dt)m in)的变化,测定不同时点冠脉流出液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果:aFGF预处理可促进心脏缺氧/再灌后心功能恢复,逆转缺氧/再灌导致的SOD降低和LDH、MDA升高。结论:aFGF对缺氧/再灌损伤心脏具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与提高自由基清除酶活性及抑制脂质过氧化有关。 Aim: To investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of aFGF in anoxia/reperfusion of rat hearts.Methods: Using Langendorff apparatus,we established the model of anoxia/reperfusion of isolated hearts to observe the changes of left ventricle development pressure(LVDP) and the maximum and minium velocity in left intraventricular pressure which is upgrade/descend((dp/dt)_(max)、(dp/dt)_(min))pre-and post-myocardial anoxia/reperfusion were determined,changes of LDH level,SOD activity and MDA level in efflux...
