新型复合功能晶体Nd:YCOB的非线性光学研究

摘要 系统地计算了Nd:YCOB晶体对于1 064 nm的倍频(SHG)、1 061 nm的自倍频(SFD)和808 nm与1 061 nm的自和频(SSFM)时的最佳相位匹配方向和相关非线性系数,结果显示YCOB对1 064 nm的SHG、THGⅠ类相位匹配下的最佳方向不在主平面而是分别位于(θ=66.5°,Φ=143.5°)、(θ=108°,Φ=76.18°)或等价方向(θ=72°,Φ=103.9°),deff分别为0.561 pm/V、deff=0.431 7 pm/V,Ⅱ类条件下的SHG最佳匹配方向为(θ=86°,Φ=73.6°),deff为0.217 pm/V;对Nd:YCOB的1 061 nm的SFD和SSFMⅠ类条件下的相位匹配方向分别位于(θ=66,°Φ=143.3°)和(θ=64,°Φ=133.9°),相应的有效非线性光学系数deff分别为1.004 pm/V和0.894 8 pm/V. NLO properties and phase-matching angle of YCOB and Nd:YCOB crystals are studied.The effective nonlinear optical coefficients for SHG(type-Ⅰ),SHG(type-Ⅱ) and THG(type-Ⅰ) at 1 064 nm,SFD(type-Ⅰ) at 1 061 nm and SSFM(type-Ⅰ) at 808 nm + 1 061 nm on different phase-matching directions are discussed.Calculation results show that the best optimum type-Ⅰphase-matching directions are located in the directions(θ=66.5°,Ф=143.5°),(θ=86°,Ф=73.6°),((θ=72°),Ф=103.9°),(θ=66°,Ф=143.3°) and(θ=66°,Ф=133.9°),respectively.The...
