摘要
为实现资源丰富的南海海藻细江蓠的高值化利用,对细江蓠硫酸酯活性多糖的提取工艺进行优化研究.采用能有效保护硫酸酯基团的方法提取细江蓠硫酸酯多糖,通过正交实验研究了浸提温度、浸提时间、加水量与多糖产率的关系.结果表明,对细江蓠多糖产率的影响程度依次为:浸提时间>加水量>浸提温度,其最佳提取工艺为:浸提时间3 h,加水量60倍,浸提温度90℃.多糖产率可达13.42%.
In order to make high-quality use of the abundant algal resourse in NanHai Ocean,the optimal technology factors of extracting sulfuted polysaccharides from alga Gracilaria tenuispitata have been studied.The polysaccharides were extracted by the method that the sulfates can be more effectively protected.The technology factors such as extraction time,volume of water and extraction temperature were studied by orthogonal expenriment design.
