摘要
以天然脂肪酸和甘氨酸为主要原料,脂肪酸先与氯化亚砜反应制得酰氯,酰氯再与甘氨酸进行缩合反应,合成N-酰基甘氨酸,最后成盐。缩合反应条件为:脂肪酰氯与甘氨酸物质的量比为1.0∶2.0,25℃下反应2.5h,反应体系pH值控制在9~10,以丙酮与水的混合溶液(体积比为1∶1)作为溶剂,产物的收率均在85%以上,并对N-酰基甘氨酸结构进行了1HNMR表征。
N-Acylglycine surfactants were synthesized using natural fatty acid and glycine as main starting materials. The condensation reaction conditions were determined. The product yield was up to 85%. Structure of N-Acylglycine was identified by 1 HNMR and melting point.
