摘要
阐述了市场化对住宅设计的影响,并对住宅室外环境的设计提出了要求,论述了新世纪的住宅设计要点,指出了新世纪住宅设计的发展方向,为创造出真正意义的绿化住宅提供了理论指导。
This paper illustrates the influences of marketization on residential design,proposes requirements to the design of residential outdoor environment,discusses essentials of residential design in new century,and points out its development direction,which to offer theoretical guidance for creating real green residential building.
