摘要
针对日趋紧张的住房需求问题,提出了开发和利用坡地作为住宅用地的方案,并就此方案的实施提出几点关于坡地住宅设计的相关建议,指出为满足住宅区规划和建设的经济要求,要善于运用各种规划布局手段,从而为居民提供高品质的居住环境。
According to increasing housing demands scheme is proposed to utilize slope field for housing land use.At the same time based upon this idea corresponding suggestions are proposed for sloping fields housing design.Author points out that district planning and construction should meet the economic requirements to create high-quality dwelling environment for residents.
