摘要
介绍了工程量清单计价在工程招投标中的应用情况,从招标文件的编制、工程量清单的编制、施工企业投标报价等方面进行了论述,指出工程量清单计价规范的完善和补充,将更有利于工程造价的改革,有利于与国际接轨。
The article introduces the applying condition of BOQ valuation in project bidding,discusses it from the inventory of bidding documents,inventory of BOQ,and tender offer of construction enterprise,and points out that the perfection and supplement of BOQ valuation code would be propitious to the reformation of construction cost and its correspondence with international rules.
