介绍了沥青路面设计中引入全寿命周期费用控制设计理念的意义,阐述了沥青路面设计实施全寿命周期费用控制的设计要点,最后指出设计院在LCC管理中的地位和作用,说明了运用全寿命周期费用的理念来进行沥青路面设计方案的比选和决策是科学而合理的。
The article introduces the meaning to introduce life-cycle-cost-control design concept into the design of bituminous pavement,illustrates its design elements,points out the status and function of design institute in LCC management,and proposes that using the concept of life-cycle cost to carry out selection and decision-making of bituminous pavement s design schemes is scientific and rational.
