摘要
对工程建设项目造价的复杂性和难以确定性进行了分析,并从工程立项、设计、招投标、施工和竣工五个方面进行了论述研究,以达到工程项目甲方对项目造价控制的效果,从而最大限度地提高建设资金的投资效益。
This paper analyzes the complexity and indefinability of construction project cost,discusses and studies it from project setting,design,bidding,construction and completion to achieve the effect of project cost control by construction project owner,in order to furthest improve investment results of construction funds.
