摘要
从探讨工程量清单计价与传统定额计价的区别入手,分析了推行工程量清单计价的意义,从标底的作用、投标报价工作、评标工作等几个方面,重点阐述了推行工程量清单计价对招投标工作的影响,从而促进了我国建设市场的有序竞争及建筑企业的健康发展。
Started with discussing the differences between BOQ valuation and traditional quota valuation,the author analyzes the meaning to implement BOQ valuation,and illustrates the influences of implementing BOQ valuation on bidding from the function of base amount,bidding quotation and evaluation of bids,in order to promote orderly competition of architectural market and healthy development of building enterprises in our country.
