摘要
分析了农村公路管理养护现状,结合《农村公路管理养护体制改革方案》的指导思想,对农村公路的管理养护工作提出了几点建议,以确保农村公路的使用功能与服务品质,从而为农村地区的社会经济发展提供了交通保障。
Based upon analysis of present management and maintenance situations of rural road and combined with ideas in scheme for management and maintenance system reform of rural road several suggestions are proposed for management and maintenance work of rural highway in order to ensure service quality and functions of rural road to provide guarantee for social and economic development.
